Although previous technology infusion via smart phones proved that it was possible to go paperless in a college course, key weaknesses of the devices prevented them from being practical. This paper describes how new technology, in the form of tablet computers, changed that dilemma in an undergraduate Microeconomics course. We argue that technology infusion results in a diffusion of that technology across place and time.
